The items must be returned to us.

All returns require a receipt and are unused in its original packaging

No return on tools, chemicals, electrical components or special order items

If payment is made by check, there is a ten (10) day waiting period.

No refund given past 30 days of purchase

No refund on postage or freight

There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items
